Returns & Exchanges

At Annie Selke, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom rugs, cut yardage, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid FedEx return shipping label provided by the portal; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized FedEx location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
